  • Review performance on a daily basis, agree steps to generate required improvements, and hold people to account on delivery

Tracking and reviewing progress

  • Review progress against KPIs with senior leaders on a weekly basis, identify potential bottlenecks, escalate issues and refine solutions where required
  • Embed initiatives through continuous process confirmation
