Danielle joined TN in 2018 and focuses on change management across the hospital pathway.
Danielle has worked closely with staff at all levels in acute medical wards to implement and sustain process improvements and embed new ways of working. She has also developed an interest in tertiary services having recently worked with frontline nursing and medical staff in Renal wards to improve ways or working. This work is complemented by her data analysis skills which informs her decision making.
Danielle holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of Cambridge. During her studies she focused on health and disease in biological anthropology, and on how “on the ground” experience is vital to problem-solving in social anthropology; both of which sparked her interest in healthcare transformation. Prior to joining TN Danielle refined her analytical skills working as a Business Analyst for a leading US financial services company where she analysed and reported on international sales data.
In her spare time Danielle enjoys sewing, swimming and yoga.
