Daniel joined TN in early 2019 and has since worked on a wide range of projects in the acute pathway, ambulance operations and the independent sector. He works with clients to transform high-level strategies into granular, actionable plans. For example, he co-developed the implementation strategy for transforming operations support across a regional ambulance service and, in July 2020, worked in a team developing a roadmap to recovering elective throughput during the COVID-19 crisis.
Daniel works with clients across departments at all levels of an organisation to build operational insights and inform decision-making. He has a strong interest in change management and uses simple, effective management tools to guide clients and drive rapid implementation of improvement initiatives.
Before joining TN, Daniel graduated from University College London with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, focusing on utilising the latest scientific innovations to develop solutions to problems across healthcare. After graduating, Daniel worked for an energy consultancy, preparing and planning for potential future scenarios in the energy industry.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys travelling and meeting new people.
